Exchange and return
Are you not satisfied with your order? We think that is a shame, we would like to hear what we can do to satisfy you.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return the product within 14 days. The seal (packaging of the order) must be unopened. Products must be returned in their original condition and provided with labels and tags. The product must not contain any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is a suspicion that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via servicevelazero@gmail.com We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification
of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. The costs for returning are at your own expense.
In addition to the high costs, it also releases extra CO2 into the air. In addition to saving you a lot of costs, the environment is also not further polluted. With this system, we save a lot of CO2 and together we contribute to the
slowing down of global warming
PLEASE NOTE! A return shipment must first be reported so that we can
provide additional instructions regarding the return shipment and are also
informed that we can expect a shipment.
A return shipment must be provided with a Track and Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received the items you returned, the
purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.
